What to include

Describe the problem, the step where it occurred, and any non-sensitive error message. For a saved-design request, include its GraphicRouter design ID and the email associated with your sign-in. Never send passwords, API keys, payment details, identity documents, or private Canva access links.

Plugin access

The website is public. The ChatGPT plugin is currently a development release; public installation is pending review and publication. Opening a plugin link does not grant another account access.

Canva and exports

Connect your own Canva account for imports. A PowerPoint download is available when the supported design can be exported. Successful import does not guarantee every Canva object or font is preserved; inspect the actual result. Manual Canva changes do not synchronize back to GraphicRouter.

Privacy requests

You can request deletion of application-held designs or a stored Canva connection by email. We may need to verify control of the associated account. There is currently no self-service account deletion control. Manage or revoke Canva authorization in Canva as well.
