Information processed

When you sign in, Sites supplies an account identifier and email, and may supply a display name. GraphicRouter uses the identifier to keep saved designs and downloads scoped to your account. It stores the briefs, facts, source text, requirements, speaker notes, editable object blueprints, versions, revision history, timestamps, and import status that you ask it to process. Generated PowerPoint and notes files are stored for download and import.

Canva connections and content

If you authorize the application’s Canva connection, it stores encrypted OAuth tokens to perform your requested imports. An import sends the presentation file to Canva. Separately connected Canva tools in ChatGPT operate under their own authorization; GraphicRouter’s planning helpers alone do not upload your attachments or modify a Canva file.

Purpose and service providers

Data is used to plan, render, save, revise, export and deliver your designs, authenticate access, and investigate support issues. The app runs through OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare database and file storage. The static product website is hosted on Vercel. OpenAI and Canva process information under their own terms and privacy practices. GraphicRouter does not implement an additional model API, advertising system, or custom website analytics.

Retention and deletion

Saved designs expire from application access 30 days after their original creation; edits do not restart that period. Expired blueprints, source text, requirements, notes, revision history, import records and generated files are queued for permanent deletion. The cleanup implementation is being activated and its unattended schedule is not yet verified; automatic physical deletion is not yet represented as operational.

Minimal cleanup records containing a design identifier and scan time may remain to retry file deletion, without the owner identifier or design content. Canva connection tokens are separate from saved designs and are retained until removed through support or otherwise invalidated. Request their removal at the contact above. Temporary OAuth authorization state expires after ten minutes.

Copies imported into your Canva account remain there until you manage or delete them in Canva. Files you download remain under your control. Provider-controlled logs, backups and account records follow the relevant provider’s own policies; the application’s deletion process does not control those systems.

Your requests

Contact us to ask about or request deletion of application-held information. We may verify account ownership before acting. Do not send credentials or sensitive documents. GraphicRouter currently has no self-service account deletion control. Avoid supplying personal information that is unnecessary for your design.
